We would happily stay there again, we liked the convenience of the shopping centre and the railway station across the road. Could have been more cooking containers for microwave oven and the tv and DVD player needs attention.

The apartments are VERY good, and the front of house staff good. I thought the accomodation a little overpriced, but doubtless the owners want to recover their investment in rooms of a very high standard with modern fittings. the location opp Central Plaza and near the restaurants is excellent.

This was a very nice studio apartment on floor 11 The views were great, everything was very clean had all that I needed and more, also very quite. I would stay there again next time, also it was only a 10 minute walk from the train station through the shopping center.

Our room was clean and the staff was friendly. We had an amazing veiw of the city and were far enuff back from the hoards of people around the night markets,yet a short walk to them.

My original accommodation was unsuitalbe, when i arrived in cairns i had a insect bites and stomach cramps, and through pure chance i ended up booking in to the Central Plaza Apts which i found to be an excellent place to stay, the staff i encountered where all very helpful and i would recommend it for anyone thinking of staying in a nice relaxed appartment complex

Cairns Central Plaza Apartments are centrally located and good value. Apartments are relatively new and well furnished. Good choice if going to Cairns with family and want more space than motel room.

Cairns Central Plaza Apts are in a fantastic position in the middle of town and just 10 minutes from the Esplanade. We had a great view over the city and water. We loved the wide open streets of Cairns,the intesting trees and birds,the magic weather and the Aussies who were passionate about their country and the protection of their environment. We will be coming back.

I thoroughly enjoyed my 11 days staying at Cairns Central Plaza. The staff were very friendly and helpful and my room on the 9th floor was wonderful. The set up of the bedroom and balcony allowed me to watch the sunrise over the ocean from my bed. The lovely balcony with the side shutters was a real delight at the end of the day. The telephone set up was the only problem after 7pm at night. Clearer instructions on getting a direct line would have been helpful. The convenient location to the station was most helpful because I travelled by train. Just make sure you can manage your own luggage. Taxis not too happy to travel such a short distance. Will stay again at the Cairns Central Plaza if I ever visit Cairns again.

The facilities were excellent and the apartments are very well located. Pricing is very competitive. The fire alarm incident was well handled so that all of us not involved could return to our units quickly and without fuss. There could have been more facilities for cleaning, and for drying towels in our apartment; we were happy to pay for clean towels and extra coffee etc, but more obvious instructions and some friendly, willing advice about this would have been appreciated. Overall, however, a very positive experience.

I was very happy with the total experience of staying at the Cairns Central Plaza Apts. The arrangments made for our late arrival were first class and very much appreciated.
The room was immaculate and very comfortable.

we really enjoyed our stay and would love to come again- the apartment was all we could have ever wanted and its so close to everything in Cairns. Many thanks James & Samantha p.s we were a bit disappointed that the pool closed at 8.30 [perhaps it could stay open a bit later

Many thanks for your E-Mail it was greatly appreciated.The time we spent at your hotel was great we enjoyed every minute. We have stayed at hotels in North America, Europe,and in Asia and our unit in Cairns was 1st class lacking nothing. We instantly felt at home and relaxed having a good and comfortable base to return to at the end of the day.This played a large part in the overall enjoyment of the holiday.One big benefit we found was the easy access to the railway station as on this visit we came by train.
On the day of departure we were able to book our luggage on the train and return and relax for a leisurely cup of coffee. This convenience should be stressed in advertising, as it is an asset. On subsequent visits to Cairns we would certainly return to Central Plaza and will also recommend to our friends. Once again thank you for a most enjoyable time at your hotel,the friendly atmosphere and helpfulness given to us whilst we were there.
