I think I stayed in a Superior Room - anyway it was at the back - this is very important because the area is a delight and quiet. The Vietmanese Restaurant food was terrific but expensive. Their staff were wonderful. Sue Deane

Good value for money. Beds/towels/toilet/fridge/closet were clean, customer services were good, the receptionists were helpful. Busy on-premise parking, but easy all day off-street parking available.
However, there were couple of days without cleaning services due to public holidays; and the air-condition was not cool enough, and got turned off during the day by the cleaner.

its was great nice a quiet and relaxing close to everything kids also enjoyed it there and the staff were fantastic expecially the chef that gave the kids ice cream he was a big fan of theres after that but thank you for making our short 2 day there fantastic and will be back there for sure but to stay longer

laundry facilities should be open later hours as there is not much time to do laundry after getting back from long trips!
we were also not very pleased with the pizza and pasta buffet, as the quality and taste of food seemed to be not very high!
breakfast on the other hand was good!

i was most impressed with how clean the room was, especially the bathroom. We only ate once at the restaurant but the food was wonderful and the presentation first class. I would certainly stay here again.

Hotel situated at centre of Cairns City which is convenient. Clean & tidy rooms. Staff is friendly & helpful. However, I felt disappointed for no discount offering to us on balloning tours arranged by them as other travellers have discount on it.

The wife and I have talked and are in agreement that we would stay again.
The only reason for the good ratings was the fire they had recently had, which reduced the kitchens capabilities. This is totally understandable. We really enjoyed the resort and the people were fantastic!!
