The 3 bedroom apartment was the most beautiful we stayed in at QLD. Great location, wonderful views and excellent layout. Heaps of room and large balconies. Staff were excellent and let us leave most of our luggage at reception so we did not have to take it all to Green Island even though we were not coming back to stay. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. They even told the kids if they needed anything in the room just ask. Just wish we had more nights there.

My room was very big, views fantastic, and the man at the front desk was very helpful. One thing that impressed me was the cleanliness of the room. The Mantra Trilogy is an easy walk to everything. However more carparks are needed. I will certainly be staying there again next time I go to Cairns.

Apartment was excellent all rooms had a great water view. BUT You would think that a three bedroom appartment woud have more than a lousy 2 seater uncomfortable sofa lounge and one arm chair and a flickering 50 inch TV. Cairns itself was lovely

Pool in shade and no spa wre the few downs from our delegates. We did really enjoy being able to have casual BBQ as a change from going to restaurants every night and tat was great.

UNFORTUNATELY THE ROOM WAS TOO SMALL AND ALTHOUGH WE HAD A BALCONY WE COULD NOT GET A CHAIR TO SIT ON IT THIS WAS AGREAT DISSAPPOINTMENT ALSO NO CUPS OR GLASSES IN ROOM AFTER WAITING HOURS WE DECIDED TO GO PICK THEM UP MYSELF ALSO HAD TO REQUEST TISSUES AS NONE THESE DID NOT ARRIVE AND THE TOILET PAPER REFIL WAS VERY SLOW TO GET TO US

although the view was magnificent, the rooms needed some renovating and pest control, the ants were tiresome. we had booked for five guests and only 4 towels, limited cutlery and very limited utensils to cook with. very happy with travstar with their punctual help and ideas. thank you very much. we had an unforgettable reef experience.

Very convenient place to stay for a few nights as so central to the city and waterfront. Units tend ot look in at each other which makes the design a bit of a fish bowl, nicely appointed and very pleasantly furnished.

We stayed in a hotel type of room for two nights. The view from the room was great and we could see ocean views over the pool. Rest of the facilities and location are great!

We had a great time. The Mantra Trilogy staff were exceptionally friendly and could not do enough for us. They were very willing to help book our tours and always had a great smile and something to say whenever we passed through reception. Travstar were also really helpful. They were very friendly and very experienced. The next time we visit FNQ we will be booking through Travstar and staying at the Mantra Trilogy again. The room was nice, modern and clean. We had a great view and enjoyed using the pool and BBQ facilities. The only disapointment was there was not a full sized bath as we had expected from our booking.

We would definately book here again.

Great money for value, and very clean and tidy with great views. Cheap bathroom fittings and very hard to open fridge door were the only let downs. Would recommend to anyone.

The staff of Trilogy (in particular: Blake) also Travstar (Emma) are not only professional but also very friendly and not hesitate to give their local expertise /experience in giving advise which makes comfortable to talk to, easy to understand and helped our decision making process. No hassle and quick responds too which makes everything great.
