• Barramundi – Pan seared wild Barramundi, lemon beurre blanc, mango salsa on sweet potato Or Chicken breast fillet pocketed with sundried tomatoes & avocado, oven baked with a creamy macadamia nut pesto sauce Or Sirloin steak char grilled tableland sirloin steak, with your choice of mushroom, pepper or bbq sauce Or Linguini carbonara in a bacon, garlic, shallot and egg cream sauce Or Pasta ricotta ravioli filled with spinach and ricotta cheese with a rich tomato sauce, drizzled with basil pesto.
