Discover the real adventures in diving with Down Under Dives 2 Day Advanced Open Water Course.  This course designed for those who would like to increase their diving knowledge in key areas.

Professional, friendly and attentive dive instructors will provide the expert tuition on the 2 day Advanced Open Water course to qualify you as an internationally recognised PADI Advanced scuba diver. All course training and instruction takes place over two days on the Osprey V at the Outer Barrier Reef. Theory is only a small portion to this course as the 5 training dives are the main component.

Not Included: Accommodation

You can choose from many different types of Adventure dives to complete your course. There are two compulsory adventures dives you need to complete your course, deep diver and underwater navigator. You can then choose three of the following elective dives to complete your certification: AWARE fish identification, underwater naturalist, boat diver, peak performance buoyancy, underwater photgraphy, multilevel diver, search and recovery diver, drift diver and underwater videography.

Courses commence:
Tuesdays, Fridays and Sundays. Days can be split to fit in with your schedule.

Minimum Requirements:

  • PADI Open Water Diver or Junior Open Water Diver certification (or qualifying certification from another organization)
  • Minimum age: 15 years old (12 for Junior Advanced Open Water)
