KURANDA IN A DAY is an unguided budget tour option which combines the famous Kuranda Scenic Rail and Skyrail Rainforest Cableway into a relaxing scenic day trip.

• Hotel pick-up from 7-8am OR 8.15-9.15am (confirmed at the time of booking)
• Kuranda Scenic Rail 8.50am OR 9.50am
• Approx. 2.5 to 5 hours free time in Kuranda
• Return by Skyrail 1.45pm OR 3.30pm
• Barron Falls & Red Peak Boardwalks
• Transfer to hotel 3.30pm or 4.50pm

Kuranda Scenic Rail:  At Freshwater Station, board the famous Kuranda Scenic Rail for your journey to Kuranda.  The Journey takes 1 1/2 hours from Freshwater station. 

Kuranda Village: Free time is allowed to explore this quaint village, including the Heritage Markets which operate daily. Choose between 2.5hrs to 5 hrs free time in Kuranda Village.

Skyrail Rainforest Cableway: At your scheduled time, board Skyrail for your journey to Caravonica Lakes. There are 2 stops enroute to explore Barron Falls and Red Peak Rainforest Boardwalks.  The Journey takes 1hr.15mins

Kuranda Village: Free time is allowed to explore this quaint village, including daily Markets.  3hrs free time in Kuranda Village.

Kuranda Scenic Rail: At your scheduled time, board the Kuranda Scenic Rail for your journey to Freshwater Station.  The journey takes 1 1/2 hours from Kuranda.
