The Get High Up Top & Dive Down Under combo includes an Outer Reef Cruise & Snorkel onboard Osprey V, choose from a Certified or Introductory Dive, followed by a coral viewing tour and exhilarating 10 minute outer reef scenic helicopter flight!

This package will offer a truly memorable reef experience to the true outer edge of the Great Barrier Reef.

Trip Includes:

• Fast trip to and from the reef on Osprey V (35m vessel carrying up to 100 passengers)
• Visit two spectacular reef locations (Norman, Saxon, Hastings Reefs which are chosen by the skipper on the day of travel to ensure the best protection and underwater visibility)

No experience is needed to try an Introductory Dive. If you have never dived before and have always wished to experience first hand the beauty of the underwater world and come face to face with schools of tropical fish...now you can! For certified divers all gear and dive computers are included with the optional choice to hire a dive guide (charges apply).

Itinerary:
7.30am  Check-in at Reef Fleet Terminal, commence boarding at 8:00am
8.30am  Departs Daily
9:50am  Approximate arrive Norman or Saxon Reef
3 hours to play, Snorkel Tour, Certified or Introductory Dive, Free time to sunbathe & relax, Aussie BBQ Lunch is served
12: 20pm  Depart for Hastings Reef
12:30pm  Arrive Hastings Reef
2 hours to play, Snorkel, Glass Bottom Boat Tour, 10 minute Scenic Helicopter flight
5.00pm  Returns back into Cairns

Snorkel “scooters” are now available for hire onboard the Osprey V Reef Cruise.  The scooters are designed for snorkellers looking for a new and exciting experience on the reef.  Moving at approx. 8-10km/hr they make barely any noise and save energy levels, resulting in a safe and pleasurable time in the ocean.  The hire fee for  the scooter is an additional cost / reef (1/2 day hire) which includes a slimline safety vest.  This option can now be pre-booked, or can be purchased on the day of travel subject to availability.  Suitable for ages 14yrs and above.

Not Included: hotel transfers

If you're looking for exciting things to do in Cairns the Get High Up Top Down Under package is perfect!  It is possible for an extra cost to arrange a pickup from your Cairns Hotel or Cairns accommodation and also from your Cairns Beach Resort or accommodation.  Please let us know where you are staying and if you require a pickup.

PLEASE NOTE:
 - Be aware snorkelling & diving may be a strenuous activity - All snorkelling & diving are subject to completion of onboard medical questionnaire /declaration.
 - A history of asthma, diabetes, ear, epilepsy, heart, pregnancy, recent operations and other medical conditions and medications may preclude a passenger from diving. Please discuss existing medical conditions with staff prior to travel. Or if in doubt, please visit your local dive doctor to get a medical clearance.
 - Divers 65 yrs and over must provide a current AS4005-1 dive medical prior to travel.
 - Certified divers must show an internationally recognised scuba card.
 - In the interests of safety we recommend no flying within 24hours of last dive.
 - All trips/dives are weather permitting at captains/drivers discretion- No refund for incomplete dives.
 - Should a trip be cancelled passengers may be offered an alternative day for lost time/trip or alternatively a full or partial refund.
- Children 12 years and over can participate in scuba diving.
- Weight restrictions apply to Heli scenic tour.
